Next-Gen ARRICORE Codec

Included in all models, ARRI’s new ARRICORE RGB codec maintains maximum image quality while cutting data rates, making high-end results more accessible. ARRICORE preserves full flexibility in post, with adjustable sensitivity, white balance, and tint, and integrates seamlessly with existing ALEXA 35 workflows, tools, and media. Launched in beta, it evolves with real-world user feedback.

Streamlined, Production-Ready

With pre-recording extended up to five minutes, improved wireless connectivity (including 5 GHz WiFi and roaming), and full compatibility with ALEXA 35 accessories and drives, the Xtreme removes the need for a separate high-speed camera. It simplifies on-set workflows without sacrificing quality.

Powered by the same 4.6K Super 35 sensor, ALEXA 35 Xtreme captures 17 stops of dynamic range with filmic highlight roll-off, deep shadow detail, and exceptional low-light performance from EI 160 to 6400. Enhanced Sensitivity mode and REVEAL Color Science deliver lifelike skin tones and rich tonal depth. ARRI Textures give cinematographers creative in-camera control over contrast and grain, like choosing a digital film stock.
