 is designed to support all professional motion picture cameras, fully outfitted with zoom lenses and 1000′ magazines, like the Arricam and Panaflex. It’s also perfect for full-sized 2/3″ HD-CAMS as well. The top mounting plate has a 3/8″ slot that will accept two mounting bolts when using a standard Arri Sliding Base. The 3/8″ thick cheese plate measures 10″ x 10″ and has 3/8″ clearance holes drilled at 1″ centers…which means there is a mounting hole spaced 1″ away from one another.

 provides a stable platform when fluid movement is not required. It comes standard with a 3/8″ tapped flat base. The new, low profile plate for the FloatCam HD and DC Sliders provides a very stable adjustable locking platform when pan or tilt is not necessary during a shot. Quite often, when doing time-lapse or motion control imaging, it is important to keep the camera steady in a predetermined, locked-down position.

The Low Profile Plate allows you to make precise positioning to both pan and tilt functions before securing the camera to begin your shooting sequence. It lowers the center of gravity on the camera package to ensure stable, solid imaging. The Low Profile Plate can also be used on Car Mount Systems, the Matthews Sliders, and other applications where camera lockdown is preferred over camera movement.

Matthews Low Profile Tilt Plate

 is an element of the car mount systems which gives creative options for shooting interior scenes from outside the car or POV action shots. Matthews Magic Riser will allow you extended flexibility to your camera positioning that other car mount systems do not offer – a full 9″ to 14″ of travel to precisely position the camera in almost any desired position. The Magic Riser weighs just 1.5 lbs and is compatible with Matthews 6″ and 10″ suction cups as well as other suction cups with a 3/8″ male thread.
