Spark

The Pixboom Spark is a high-speed cinema camera built around a Super 35mm BSI global shutter sensor, combining high frame rates with the resolution and workflow expected from a modern cinema camera. It captures up to 4K at 1,000 fps, 2K at 1,800 fps, and up to 3,625 fps at reduced resolutions, while maintaining a maximum 4.6K 3:2 Open Gate image. The global shutter eliminates the skew and distortion associated with rolling shutter, making the Spark particularly well suited to fast-moving subjects and extreme slow-motion work. With 13 stops of dynamic range, Dual Native ISO, and Pixboom RAW recording, it is designed to retain both image quality and flexibility at high frame rates.
